Half of total amount is due upon making your reservation. Your deposit is nonrefundable, unless 1) there is at least a 14 day notice of cancellation and 2) the house is re-rented for the same dates. If these two conditions are met, the deposit, less 10 percent (10%) service charge based on the total house rate, will be refunded.
All payments must be in U.S. funds made payable to A Cottage In Stockholm.
